Common questions
What happens after I send this?
A person reads it — there is no qualification bot and no sales sequence. You will normally get a reply within one working day, either with questions, with a suggested first step, or with an honest note that we are not the right firm for this and why.
I left the message box empty. Is that a problem?
No. The option you tapped plus your email address is enough to start, and we will ask the two or three questions that actually matter. If you already know the outcome you need, what exists today and any hard deadline, saying so just saves one round trip.
Do I need a defined brief or budget first?
No. It is often more useful to talk before either exists, because the shape of the problem usually changes what is worth building. If you do have a specification or a budget constraint, say so and we will respond against it.
How is what I send handled?
It is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a marketing list, shared with third parties or used for advertising. Retention and deletion are covered in the privacy policy, and you can ask for the message to be deleted at any time.
