About
We build production software. Our own platform is the proof.
Kornspire is a technology company based in India that designs, builds and runs software — custom applications, SaaS platforms, and web and mobile apps — and provides the cloud, data, security and AI engineering behind them, for startups, growing businesses and enterprises in India and abroad. It also builds and operates its own SaaS product, Upkilo, and undertakes research, development and training in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, blockchain and robotics.
What we have built
Not a deck. A platform with customers on it.
Upkilo is our own SaaS product: a multi-tenant booking, CRM, payments and marketing platform for salons, spas, clinics and other appointment-based businesses. We designed it, built it, and we operate, support and license it.
That matters more than a portfolio page, because a product you own has nowhere to hide. Every decision below was made with our own money behind it, and we carry the consequences — the support load, the infrastructure bill, the 2am incident, the customer who is right to be annoyed.

Consultancies can describe how they would architect a platform. We are running one.

A multi-tenant SaaS platform, in production
Upkilo serves multiple businesses and multiple locations from one system, with tenant isolation enforced in the data-access layer rather than left to discipline. It is live, and you can sign up for it today.
Payments running with real money
Cards, UPI, subscriptions, packages and gift cards across Stripe and Razorpay, with invoicing, deposits and revenue tracking that reconciles. Payment code that has never faced a real chargeback is not experience.
AI answering real customers
A booking assistant handling enquiries, rescheduling and common questions around the clock, with an escalation path to staff. Built with the guardrails, cost ceiling and failure handling a demonstration never needs.
Automation at volume
Scheduled SMS and email sequences through Twilio and Mailgun, with delivery handling and per-channel consent — the unglamorous part that decides whether a marketing feature is an asset or a liability.
Data protection built in, not bolted on
Encryption in transit and at rest, plus working data export and erasure tooling. We built the mechanics of a data-request process before anyone asked us to, because retrofitting them is what costs.
This website is a work sample
Every page is prerendered, carries schema.org markup generated from the content it shows, and is served with a strict Content Security Policy — all checkable in a browser or a public testing tool. Behind it, automated tests fail the build if colour contrast drops below WCAG AA or a content claim breaks this site's own rules.
Our engineering playbook is public
Architecture decision records — including the one behind Upkilo's tenant isolation — code review standards, testing philosophy, security practices and incident response, published on GitHub. You can hold us to what it says.
Registered scope
The three clauses we are registered to work under
Reproduced in full, so you can check them against the MCA record. Every service page cites the clause authorising it.
To carry on the business of developing, designing, programming, implementing, maintaining, licensing, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in computer software, customised applications, mobile applications, websites, web portals, digital platforms, information systems and other technology-based products and solutions, including Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
To provide information technology consultancy, advisory and technology-enabled services, including IT strategy, system analysis and integration, cloud computing and hosting, data processing, database management and analytics, cybersecurity and information security, networking, IT infrastructure, application management, automation, digital transformation, technical support and managed services.
To undertake research, development, training and commercialisation in information technology and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics and other allied technologies, and to develop and provide related digital, technology-enabled and innovative solutions in India and abroad.
How we work
Commitments you can hold us to
These are not values-page adjectives. Each one is a specific, checkable behaviour.
Scope in writing, before work starts
Every engagement begins with a written statement of what is being built, what is explicitly not in scope, how completion will be judged and what we need from you. Ambiguity is resolved on paper, where it is cheap.
Claims we can evidence, and no others
We measure before and after, and we report what the measurement supports. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI mentions or percentage savings, because no honest supplier can control those outcomes.
You own the result outright
Source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and credentials live in your accounts and repositories. Nothing we deliver requires continued access to a Kornspire-controlled system unless you have chosen a managed arrangement.
Built to be handed over
Automated tests, architecture decision records and runbooks are part of delivery, not an upsell. The measure of a system is whether your team can safely change it after we leave.
Security and accessibility as defaults
Least-privilege access, managed secrets, dependency hygiene and WCAG 2.2 AA are part of the definition of done. Where something cannot meet the standard, we document the limitation rather than shipping it quietly.
We will tell you not to build it
If configuration beats custom code, if a website beats an app, or if a database beats a blockchain, that is the recommendation — even when the smaller engagement is worth less to us.
And what we will not promise
- Off-page link acquisition or any practice that breaches search-engine guidelines
- Guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed AI assistant mentions, or guaranteed cost savings
- Compliance certification or audit sign-off — we build and evidence controls; accredited auditors certify
- Legal, tax or regulatory advice, including data-protection determinations
- Offensive security work, and any testing outside a written, authorised scope
Working together
Four ways an engagement can be structured
The right structure depends on how much is known. When a lot is uncertain, an assessment is nearly always the cheaper first step.
Assessment
A decision that keeps being deferred
A fixed-scope review — architecture, code health, security posture, cloud cost, search visibility or a build-versus-buy question — ending in a written, prioritised report you can act on with or without us.
Project delivery
A defined outcome with a defined end
Discovery, design, build and handover against an agreed specification, delivered in demonstrable slices so you see working software throughout rather than at the end.
Embedded capacity
An existing roadmap that needs more hands
Engineers working inside your process, standards and repositories for an agreed period, with knowledge transfer treated as an output rather than a side effect.
Managed service
Software already in production
Ongoing ownership of a running system: monitoring, incident response, patching, upgrades and a reserved allocation for continuous small improvements, under agreed response commitments.
Delivery
How an engagement actually runs
No stage starts before the previous one has produced something you can read, use or reject.
- 01
Understand
A conversation about the outcome you need and the constraints you are working inside — budget, deadline, existing systems, team capacity. If we are not the right firm for it, this is where we say so.
- 02
Scope
A written scope: what will be delivered, what is explicitly excluded, how completion is judged, what we need from you, and the assumptions the estimate rests on.
- 03
Design
Architecture, data model and interface design, with every significant decision recorded alongside the alternatives considered and the reason for the choice.
- 04
Build in slices
Vertical slices that each reach a demonstrable state, with automated tests and continuous integration from the first commit rather than the last sprint.
- 05
Harden
Security review, accessibility audit, performance measurement against budget, and a rehearsed migration or release path — before go-live, not after an incident.
- 06
Hand over or operate
Documentation, runbooks and a working session with your team. From there, either your engineers own it or we operate it under an agreed managed service.
Where the company stands
A registered company, with a product already in production
Kornspire Private Limited is registered in India as a private limited company. It builds and operates its own SaaS platform, Upkilo, which has paying customers, and takes on client engagements in software, platform, cloud, data and security engineering.
You will not find case studies, client logos, testimonials or performance statistics anywhere on this site. We publish nothing we cannot evidence, and client work is published only with the client’s consent and with real numbers. Until then: every one of those would have to be invented, and a supplier willing to invent them on their own website will invent them in a status report too.
What we put in front of you is checkable before you spend anything — a product you can sign up for and use today, technical writing you can argue with, a scope agreed in writing before any billable hour, and an explicit list of the outcomes we will not promise. Judge those, then test us on something small and well-defined.
Test the reasoning with a real problem
Bring something specific — a system that is hard to change, a decision that keeps being deferred, a platform nobody can rebuild. You will get a straight assessment of whether we can help.
